Vicki Schuler is Senior Vice President – Chief Operating Officer at Pace® Life Sciences, where she supports operational excellence and improving consistency, scalability, and execution. With a background rooted in quality and lab leadership, she ensures studies meet cGMP requirements while progressing efficiently and confidently.
Her experience spans API manufacturing, combination products, and pharmaceutical development from Phase I through commercialization, enabling her to anticipate risk, guide best practices, and keep programs on track, even as priorities evolve.
Vicki joined Pace® in 2024 through the acquisition of Catalent’s Small Molecule Center of Excellence and her tenure with the site dates to 2017.
Vicki holds a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of South Florida.
